Well, we received another big snow. It is so beautiful outside! 
But what do you do while your stuck in the house? 
You go "swimming"
You get a Christmas tree. This year we decided to do a fake one. I decided that I was in no mood to find a tree, trim it, put the lights on backwards like I somehow ALWAYS do and then decorate. So the solution was a pre-lit tree. I am in love!
The boys try to be helpful. This guy, is why we got the fakey...
If you can't see it, thats Ryan sleeping on the couch :) He does a lot so I can't give him too hard a time.
We decorated the house, well the mantle. I still can't get myself to hang anything up on my new walls.
You play dress up. Paxton has been Santa Claus a lot, a detective, a cop, Buzz Lightyear, Spiderman, Super Why and Super Man; they dress the same.
We color or "draw"
And you attempt to make Sugar cookies for Christmas

I crack up every time I see these!I know I've been complaining about the sickness, but its been some nice time together. I really appreciate all of your notes of comfort and Jennifer, I am so glad your checking in on us. We miss you! Heidi-you too! I found that comment from you and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it!!

Your snowing pictures turned out way better than mine. Wasn't think weekend great? I love when it snows like that all day long! Ok, your cookies are hilarious - this is why I love you. You already know that I think your boys are the cutest, but really...your boys are the cutest!
Believe it or not, that white out snow day makes me homesick! So glad you guys have been able to make the most of snow days.
There are so many things to comment on. First off, those cookies crack me up! That is definitely how mine would have turned out too. That's awesome that you got a pre-lit tree. I want one of those so bad. And all of these pictures are so cute of your boys!

That's great that you guys braved the parade. I love that Paxton just dropped down and did a snow angel.
I am so sorry to hear about Ryan's uncle. Death is such a difficult thing to bear even with the truth of the gospel. Kurt and I both have regrets of not spending more time with his brother before he unexpectedly passed away. I also have regrets from before my grandma's death too. It is so hard!
And that is so sad that you guys have all been so sick. It is the worst! I hope that you all regain your full health soon.
It doesn't matter how the cookies look you are making memories with the boys.
The snow pictures are beautiful, I miss the snow. Have Paxton make a snow angel for me.
I love your stockings!! That little Paxton has quite the imagination! I see the spiderman costume has been found again...I am sure after awhile it will get lost again huh??? Hope that you guys are feeling better!
I love seeing all fun pictures of y'all. It makes it seem like we're not so far away from y'all.
There must be some secret to good cut out cookies because mine never turn out looking anything close to what they're suppose to :)
