September

Okay, all of that jargon about fall and how wonderful it is...I'm having second thoughts. Its just occurred to me how close we are to winter. Last night the sun was down by around 8pm?! The dark cold days are coming!! In preparation for winter there are chores to be done.
I have to tarp up the patio top
finish painting the fence
clean out the garage
stain our wood fences
and the one I have been avoiding...clean the house!
Here are some pictures of the boys that Ryan and I have taken while we've been working outside:
Paxton loves helping his daddy. Here he's helping to wetsand the pickup. As you can see from this picture, I am spying on them. Its a clever tactic to use when you want the picture, but you don't want them to know your around to wetsand as well.
okay, I did go out and sit with them later. Wetsanding is such a terrible job though. I am happy to report that Ryan is almost finished and this truck is almost ready to be painted-woohoo!

Truck is looking good. Doug told me he was coming along. I miss the fall, but HA HA...I don't have to deal with bitter cold this winter! Guess I will next year, though!

Oh dude, I know what you mean about Winter! I was in Vegas this week and I got all sad because I realized that soon the days will be shorter and colder! I love that you were secretly taking pictures...you crack me up.

I love those pictures of your boys helping you guys out. They are too cute! It looks like you guys have your hands full with lots of projects. They never end right??? If you want me to watch Paxton and Gauge in the morning so you can get some sleep I will. Really, just let me know.
