Fall is here and school is in. Things are back to normal around our house. No more complete opposite schedules for Ryan and myself. I know Ryan isn't a big fan of school, but I love having him around more.
Paxton is back in school too and loving it. I got a shot of both of them going to school on the first day.
I wish I would have gotten a picture of Ryan in front of the BYU sign but I think that the novelty has worn off for him. I got him taking off to school instead. When we went to pick Paxton up from school the other day he was in the middle of an art project. I had to get pictures. He was painting with a straw, dressed in a little smock. So far he loves school. I hope that attitude stays. They make learning fun at his school and his mind has just taken off. I am worried that pretty quickly I won't be able to answer his questions anymore. He is already asking me things like whether or not Snakes and Dinosaurs are in the same family because they have the same skin and some have the same tails??? He asked me if Heavenly Father and Jesus lived on their own planet because they are up in heaven and past the sky is space and planets.
Then while he is playing with his toys Ryan hears Paxton say, Meanwhile...and go on with his pretending. MEANWHILE?
He is 3! I think he is starting to grow up too fast!

Oh, the days of school. Hopefully you and Ryan will get to see eachother a little more now.
Ryan, almost another semester under your belt! Congrats!
That's so funny! That's why he came to you, I wouldn't have been able to answer his questions a long time ago. Good luck to Ryan this semester.
Ask Jeeves & Wikipedia saved me from all those "hey mom" questions that were way out of my league. MeanWhile, you got a smartie on your hands.
What do you bet Paxton was telling them a good ol' story while they were painting..."meanwhile on the planet orange they discovered that all their supply of carrots and cantalope and pumpkin had been stolen by no other than the nefarious villian Dr. Green..."
