A walk in the park

Sunday was stake conference for our Church. Since I was going to have to be to work by 3, we decided to do our own thing.
Paxton was really bummed. He loves church! We decided the next best thing would be a walk around the temple. We went to the American Fork temple so that we could get in a drive as well. At the temple the grounds were closed so we headed to the park across the street and found a beautiful old rock amphitheatre.
Paxton is showing me the temple in this one
The amphitheatre is built into a natural slope. We tried to get a lot of pictures because it was so beautiful
last picture as family of four? I love these pictures of the boys walking together, if you'll notice, Paxton is walking on air!
In this next picture we were walking in from the lower part of the amphitheatre. The stage was located just behind the steps that the boys are running to
the boys couldn't take the steps, they had to climb to the top
I almost got Gauge to pose for me!
Paxton always poses for me!
On our way out Ryan spotted a rabbitRyan almost got the rabbit to come to him but he ended up taking off the other way. Just so you know, we could have gotten him if we wanted to.It was nice to spend the day together. I'm thinking that next Sunday might have to be "stake conference" again...just kidding.

What a fun Sunday afternoon, if only we could have those kinds of days everyday. Maybe if we won the lottery right......Don't you hate to have to work???

Hey girl! I'm coming to town this weekend to throw a little dinner party for Julia and totally want you to come! We're meeting on Saturday night at Ruby River Steakhouse at 7:45. Let me know if you can make it! We're dying to see you!!

The bunny knew that Ryan makes a killer rabbit stew with homemade noodles. I'm trying to remember if Ryan ever won the greased pig contest at the Winchester arena? Anyway, if anyone could have caught the rabbit it would have been Ryan..he's got a way with kids and pets.

Love the "walking on air" pic. And climbing on amphitheaters is near and dear to my heart.... when can we get you to do it here?
